We are members of the Slow Food network in Ecuador, for what we promote the philosophy of consuming good and fair clean food.

We link agroecological production to the elaboration of Ecuadorian gastronomic recipes that rescue emblematic products.

We are working for the improvement of the nutrition of the rural and urban families, generating a rescue of the food biodiversity and propitiating the exchange of seeds and food.
